In this video Paula Scher says something very poignant about the design process. She says that clients can sometimes get wrapped up in buying “process” rather than an end-product. We see this type of thing a lot… Many studios really promote their process, and their formula. This has never really made much sense to us. We try to be the opposite of formulaic.
