They Say Hybrid, We Say Helpful.
“We’ve been bucking the conventional thinking and practices that traditional agencies utilize for a while now, and we’re excited to introduce our new hybrid model.” – Philly Ad Club
Lots of people like to use big fancy marketing words, but here in our cozy little studio, we prefer to speak human.
We don’t see the point in trying to impress everyone with our knowledge, when what really matters is that we know how to do the job right. We do understand that in some cases speaking knowledgeably about a subject involves using one or two of those big fancy words. But there’s such a thing as over-kill, and we think all the buzz words are over-rated.
(Side note: We think it’s particularly funny how some companies are trying to make a big new deal out of what we’ve been doing all along. Although we won’t make too much fun- we like our business model, and we like that it works for other people, too. But still… we’ve spent the past ten years coming up with the best solutions for our clients, using all kinds of outlets and media, and ending up with our best work to show for it. Nothing new there- it’s just what we do, how we do it.)
Using fluffy terms almost feels like we’re faking it. We don’t want our clients to feel anything less than 100% confident in our abilities, and we don’t ask them to pretend to understand our jobs. As our client, even if you don’t know what information architecture means, you’ll still understand that we’re going to do everything we can to make your site friendly and usable to your customers. No matter what spin you put on it, we just want to do our best work- and help you in the process.
