In this video Paula Scher says something very poignant about the design process. She says that clients can sometimes get wrapped up in buying “process” rather than an end-product. We see this type of thing a lot… Many studios really promote their process, and their formula. This has never really made much sense to us. We try to be the opposite of formulaic. Like Paula says, sometimes the answers come quickly, – but it’s not the minute you spend, – it’s your entire lifetime, plus that one minute…
